A workshop encounter with fun and games and rehearsal for change
Our work is bespoke Anti-Racism, Anti-Discrimination, gender equity and leadership training is directed in three phases throughout the session. Warm-up, enactment and sharing. Participants rehearse for change. The encounter is experiential.
We devise topical theatre with communities and groups and scripted for radio play.
Participants works together in a collective that builds trust. Each participant holds themselves with compassion and lovingkindness and holds each other in similar light to achieve sustainable change across groups and organisations.
We offer deeper dive into understanding microaggression, responsibility, CARE, repair, forgiveness, and accountability. We dissect through enactment, the concept of DEI, taking each concept and finding its component parts to understand.
