• We work with clients on the logistics of required for the engagement
• We ensure the workshop is bespoke to your group or organisation
• We offer Sessions from 75 minutes, three hours and day-long to week-long.
• Each session has a maximum of 25 on the virtual platform with one or two facilitators, 40 participants by two facilitators over 40 will require up to 8 facilitators.
• Facilitators are drawn from a pool of Black, Asian, and ethnically diverse backgrounds, who has lived experience and understanding of the impacts of discrimination, include Unconscious Bias and obstacles they come with in achieving the goal of equity and equality and Anti-racism.
