• We work with clients on the logistics of required for the engagement.
• We ensure the workshop is bespoke to your group or organisation.
• We offer Sessions from 75 minutes, three hours and day-long to week-long.
• Each session has a maximum of 25 on the virtual platform with one or two facilitators, 40 participants by two facilitators over 40 will require up to 8 facilitators.
• Facilitators are drawn from a pool of Black, Asian, and ethnically diverse backgrounds, who have lived-experience and understanding of the impacts of discrimination, including Unconscious Bias and obstacles. They come in with the goal of achieving equity and equality and Anti-racism.
